    CHARACTERISTICS
    The Lipo or Imperial Lemon is a cross between two varieties: the Lemon (Citrus limon), from which the first syllable is derived and the Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) from which the second and last syllable is derived. 
    Its large fruits are particularly attractive, the shape of which is a mixture of elongated lemon and spherical grapefruit, the skin is thick and more wrinkled than smooth and yellow when ripe.
    The flower of this beautiful variety is also very large, waxy and compact with a rich, sweet fragrance.
     
    USES
    The Lipo or Imperial Lemon with its bitter-sour taste is the basis for excellent juices, sweet smells and special dishes.
    Original and very decorative citrus plant variety, especially for the size of its fruit.
