    CHARACTERISTICS
    Buddha's Hand is a citrus variety with an unusual-looking and crazy-looking fruit that has a detectable floral-lemon scent. 
    It has mythical and fantastic fruits that spread a sweet scent of lemon and orange and it is able to capture the attention of passers-by.
    In the apical part, its fruit has a spheroidal shape while in the distal part, the fruit has numerous finger-like sections.
    Light yellow is the colour of the skin, smooth with prominent ribs is the surface. The pulp is absent or rarely present in small quantities.
    Buddha's Hand fruit has a spheroidal shape in the apical part while the distal part has numerous finger-like appendages.
     
     
    USES
    Buddha's Hand fruit hold a significant place in Buddhism, where it is considered an exceptional offering in temples and it is a symbol of happiness, longevity and good fortune. Moreover, the fruit is delicious both raw and dressed with salt or it is used to prepare marmelades with a special taste.
